In a privileged location-above a cliff, with the Mediterranean in the background, this house called "es Bunker" which was built in 1976 by architect Quico Moll Minorcan is where a family lives and undertook a reform but kept the charm  and essence of the original house.

The transformation was subtle and respectful, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and comfort, and prioritizing the use of finishes and materials. The original layout and vaulted roofs of housing remained intact, although they changed the uses of space.

Since it is a building with many qualities, decor and finishes have been directed to keep the Menorcan style. The climate and light have conditioned the choice of colors. All ranges of white paint or textile, natural tones of the stone, creating a pleasant and chill atmosphere. Another Minorcan home that we love here !
