A 26 years old high-tech billionaire in Williamsburg

Friday, 18 October 2013

This apartment belong to a young 26 years old billionnaire ? Really ?

David Karp, the founder of recent Yahoo billion dollar acquisition Tumblr purchased a $1.6 million dollar apartment in Williamsburg, NYC last year. He has since renovated it and gave the first look to New York Times’ T Magazine. The apartment is surprisingly minimalist and seems to be free of technology for a tech entrepreneur..

It is simple and crafted with quality materials as opposed to being over the top and fitted with flat screens that appear out of the floor (have you seen them?).
But I keep thinking to myself... are the gold fixtures on his bathtub, his mummy's touch ? ;)

  15. People now a days find it funny to check the computer’s work, but it’s often a smart move to do it from time to time, due to roundoff errors, truncation errors and such. Especially when working with differentials and approximations to complex functions.Tech
